And yes I think it is preferable to add the new SCSI-Layer to CURRENT-Code. Just on question: What will be our preferred way to burn CD's? Up to now I am pretty happy with my HP4020i and the wrom-driver (thank you Joerg for making it even possible to use the drive as a CD-ROM reader) Now I see that the worm driver is not currently supported. Is it only due to the lack of an owner, or do we need that thing any more? Why? A little bit confused Micha Mike Smith wrote: > The following SCSI peripherals will become unsupported: > > Driver Adapter > ------ ------- > od Optical-disk device (*)(+) > uk Unknown SCSI device > worm Write-once SCSI device > > Drivers marked (*) are considered to be currently supported, and > desirable for 3.0. -- ___________________________________________________________________________ Michael Class E-Mail: michael_class@hp.com E-Business Solutions Center Phone: +49 7031 14-3707 EBSO-SERC Fax: +49 7031 14-4196 ___________________________________________________________________________ Hewlett-Packard GmbH, PO Box 1430, 71004 Boeblingen Sitz der Gesellschaft: Böblingen, Amtsgericht Böblingen HRB 4081 Geschäftsführer: Jörg Menno Harms (Vorsitzender), Klaus-Dieter Laidig, Rudi Speier, Fritz Schuller, Hans-Günter Hohmann ___________________________________________________________________________ --------------ms2CC06A894E473627A32C1D72 Content-Type: application/x-pkcs7-signature; name="smime.p7s" Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="smime.p7s" Content-Description: S/MIME Cryptographic Signature MIIGuQYJKoZIhvcNAQcCoIIGqjCCBqYCAQExCzAJBgUrDgMCGgUAMAsGCSqGSIb3DQEHAaCC BSgwggLTMIICPKADAgECAgIDBDANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQQFADBvMQswCQYDVQQGEwJVUzETMBEG A1UECBMKQ2FsaWZvcm5pYTEgMB4GA1UEChMXSGV3bGV0dC1QYWNrYXJkIENvbXBhbnkxKTAn BgNVBAMTIEhld2xldHQtUGFja2FyZCBJbnRlcm5hbCBDbGFzcyAyMB4XDTk3MTEyODA4MTYy NloXDTk4MTEyODA4MTYyNlowZzELMAkGA1UEBhMCREUxHTAbBgNVBAoTFEhld2xldHQtUGFj a2FyZCBHbWJIMTkwFAYDVQQDEw1NaWNoYWVsIENsYXNzMCEGCSqGSIb3DQEJARYUbWljaGFl bF9jbGFzc0BocC5jb20wXDANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAANLADBIAkEAv8/L5XYx1uxPkAzHszC1 JY7xptyAHKxTWpZUXkxNmf0zFp+7dv6PiR1gUFrYbsucBT+5zL/qNIZx1ZpAG8pk+wIDAQAB o4HJMIHGMBEGCWCGSAGG+EIBAQQEAwIHgDCBkQYJYIZIAYb4QgENBIGDFoGAVGhpcyBjZXJ0 aWZpY2F0ZSB3YXMgaXNzdWVkIGJ5IHRoZSBIZXdsZXR0LVBhY2thcmQgQ29tcGFueQpJbnRl cm5hbCBDbGFzcyAyIENlcnRpZmljYXRpb24gQXV0aG9yaXR5LgpJdCBpcyBmb3IgSFAgYnVz aW5lc3Mgb25seS4wHQYKKwYBBAELBAFjAQQPFg1taWNoYWVsX2NsYXNzMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEB BAUAA4GBALBCl3GFlLyWa+VHofzJh4W7u2VvzltE+JZu5lkpUPmc/EIyEFXn2pHY6Rnjjzvl i+BYYEOGjh0HIv7Guyw61Bw6gJ4n9IEGgVlK6CnJB/9wdG+Kw2zyFti7gELLk4/aoa3r/5b8 UTpmFCcm6kcP3ZOA8oisB5GBk+y81Vf2FmzoMIICTTCCAbYCAQEwDQYJKoZIhvcNAQEEBQAw bzELMAkGA1UEBhMCVVMxEzARBgNVBAgTCkNhbGlmb3JuaWExIDAeBgNVBAoTF0hld2xldHQt UGFja2FyZCBDb21wYW55MSkwJwYDVQQDEyBIZXdsZXR0LVBhY2thcmQgSW50ZXJuYWwgQ2xh c3MgMjAeFw05NjExMDgxOTM0MDJaFw05OTExMDgxOTM0MDJaMG8xCzAJBgNVBAYTAlVTMRMw EQYDVQQIEwpDYWxpZm9ybmlhMSAwHgYDVQQKExdIZXdsZXR0LVBhY2thcmQgQ29tcGFueTEp MCcGA1UEAxMgSGV3bGV0dC1QYWNrYXJkIEludGVybmFsIENsYXNzIDIwgZ8wDQYJKoZIhvcN AQEBBQADgY0AMIGJAoGBALqbWcNtPJ2asOcT/h5TdYRLAirp5MbqYyku8CVR38jLPdV4LitJ dwmxYQ5HLBAFg3TtQ9B9sGTMviK5vmY2/qoL+PN+FnFUNOxBepuSYU3nKA8rg16hEBmPhzvP oNTs+GWKRsAtkHpsTST4hs0OoG1YfJu68lpHg9Nl1wfcSLarAgMBAAEwDQYJKoZIhvcNAQEE BQADgYEAPEb7WKlEujMuEE16PKojLEgE++8GVpyovHcta/7N+fg2iGbeGx3XSdjdR3s7CqWb AU1ipmTUuYiu30zc/EiTNW3HcWGWy9FbmdP1mPw6si6KDXup9/3smmGWo8NA89trW5SE6HSs b/wtsJpR6qNC9zJ3VBKr5q0Gbgs60HSJrZ8xggFZMIIBVQIBATB1MG8xCzAJBgNVBAYTAlVT MRMwEQYDVQQIEwpDYWxpZm9ybmlhMSAwHgYDVQQKExdIZXdsZXR0LVBhY2thcmQgQ29tcGFu eTEpMCcGA1UEAxMgSGV3bGV0dC1QYWNrYXJkIEludGVybmFsIENsYXNzIDICAgMEMAkGBSsO AwIaBQCgfTAYBgkqhkiG9w0BCQMxCwYJKoZIhvcNAQcBMBwGCSqGSIb3DQEJBTEPFw05ODA0 MTUwNjM0MDZaMB4GCSqGSIb3DQEJDzERMA8wDQYIKoZIhvcNAwICASgwIwYJKoZIhvcNAQkE MRYEFGzkvAamSVgsa/qWkOX2HJFOF/RkMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUABEAywkYzLwBhHADwTxfU 7XnPKmjlF82X+G2FdFy9xtKgxDwisUwU/LF+zYlfYddS3reMOxIb7ciPd+TV8kQlI6aC --------------ms2CC06A894E473627A32C1D72-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-current" in the body of the message
