Hello, first I'd like to thank you for maintaining the FreeBSD ports. I
realize this can be a lot of work which is why I'm hesitant to make this
request.

I've been having problems running the Metasploit Framework due to a
compatibility issue with bcrypt. Metasploit is expecting the gem of bcrypt
3.1.12 but the port is version 3.1.13. Looking at
https://github.com/codahale/bcrypt-ruby/releases it appears as though
v3.1.12 is the latest release and v3.1.13 is in development.

Would it be possible to have a port of v3.1.12? I realize there may be a
need for v3.1.13 which drove the update on June 6, 2019 but would a
development version of the package, along with the release version, be a
better option?

Thank you for the consideration,

Ben
