Trying to build gnome2 from ports but I'm running into a problem with libbonoboui. I synced my ports tree and built the latest 4.7-stable today. Here is the error message: In file included from /usr/local/include/libintl.h:22, from /usr/X11R6/include/libgnome/gnome-i18n.h:16, from bonobo-canvas-item.c:22: /usr/include/locale.h:39: syntax error before `struct' In file included from bonobo-canvas-item.c:24: /usr/X11R6/include/gtk-2.0/gdk/gdkprivate.h:47: syntax error before `void' gmake[2]: *** [bonobo-canvas-item.lo] Error 1 gmake[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/ports/x11-toolkits/libbonoboui/work/libbonoboui-2.0.3.2/bonobo' gmake[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/ports/x11-toolkits/libbonoboui/work/libbonoboui-2.0.3.2' gmake: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2 *** Error code 2 Stop in /usr/ports/x11-toolkits/libbonoboui. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/x11-toolkits/libgnomeui. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/x11/gnomedesktop. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/x11/gnomepanel. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/x11/gnomeapplets2. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/x11/gnome2. -- Austin Shaw Hall http://www.vectorstar.net/~ash PGP Public Key: http://www.vectorstar.net/~ash/files/pubkey.asc ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Never let your schooling interfere with your education.
