We're always looking for new contributions :-)  Where it goes depends on
a few things -- if it fits into an existing handbook chapter, it can go
there (networking perhaps) -- if it doesn't fit anywhere, it can be
turned into it's own chapter, article, or even separate book depending
on how much content there is.
