Please welcome Norikatsu Shigemura <nork@FreeBSD.org> aboard. He is
yet another ports-jp guy who will be working on ports, especially of
multimedia apps, Perl5 modules, Japanese apps, and so on. He even
takes an interest in the ports infrastructure, so he will greatly help
us clean up ports.
