This is from my set of bookmarks filed under "Style Guides". Apart from the "style" URL, the descriptions seem like they might have been misfiled. This is kind of strange, as I have very seldom found misfiled URLs here (though often relevant ones with odd titles). Check them out - no flames if the titles turn out to be correct, please. 2.
