All the patch does is to hope that SRM had put in the right values.
But we already know that this doesn't always happen even on the
primary bus.
It's also possible that some chips on the secondary bus don't get io
and memspace.

If you can test my patch for -current please let me know.

Any -current from this year should be good enough for this.
