Okay, so we thought that this was resolved with the move to an R4.2Xlarge. =
 It
wasn't, the server page faulted last night with the same old page fault
process/trap number etc.

Our next approach, I guess, will be building the latest version of the ENA
adaptor on this instance since we seem to have ruled out issues with the ch=
ange
in drivers for HVM.
