I am looking for documentation on maintenance procedures or administrative methodologies that reduce redundancy of tasks required when maintaining multiple semi-related servers. [breathe.] Some of the things I am thinking of - backing up configuration files, centralization of configuration files, central user authentication (different methods, pros and cons). If there isn't documentation on this, does anyone think a specialized doc would be useful? I'd be willing to keep track of my research and at the very least, submit something to freebsddiary.org for review... reply direct please, sometimes I fall behind on `questions' for some reason. :) -Mike To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
