Something that is under /usr/src should be considered part of `FreeBSD'. The
3rd party stuff in ports we have little control over. The stuff we ship as
part of the base system (which, by the way, you can't install freebsd without)
should be considered part of ``FreeBSD'' as far as the Y2K statement goes.
