Let me know if that > fixes the issue and I'll add one for openjdk8 as well. We already use OpenJDK8 on a 10.0-RELEASE system. Today I tested again, and image generation via the BIRT framework and OpenJDK8 fails without fontconfig. If fontconfig is installed, everything works fine. I will test with OpenJDK7 soon and let you know. Thanks, Michael
