	Someone pointed me to this webpage today, and although it is
being run and backed by the Linux camp it seems to be something that
could be quite important to the FreeBSD effort, basically a
certification that the manufacturer is willing to provide
documentation on the interface to their hardware free of charge and
without NDA or other such restictions.
