They are using -man macros, not -mdoc. We did not convert them to -mdoc
format because they're vendor supplied (located in contrib/).

Please read mdoc(7) and man(7) manpages if you want to understand difference
between them.

PS: Initial question was related exactly to -mdoc formatting way.
