autoplist is necessary, not only because it is supported with distutils, but
RECORD is the wheel specification PEP-427's stronger (as in nearly every entry
is hashed, something we don't do yet) equivalent of our plist. You can already
really see what gets installed and compare versions by diffing RECORD (though
the hashes will differ)
