patch to solve this bug

When calling SIOCAIFADDR ioctl with an existing IP address, this IP address=
 is
deleted and AllHost multicast group is leaved.

Then IP address is added again but AllHost multicast group is not joined.

Bug saw on FreeBSD 11.2
