Subject: IP hangs during and after ftpd

On a 3.4 Release system with 3C905 card, when uploading a file via ftp the
ftp client will hang and report a Net10054 error. Afterwards, the FreeBSD
server system has no external IP connectivity until it is rebooted. (No
ping, telnet, etc.)

This only happens when the server is hosting ftpd, and then only
intermittently. I can telnet to the machine all day long with no problems.

Any ideas?
