Hi I came home today to find my p5/SMP/AHC/CAM box locked up solid. The only message on the screen was about a dozen Timedout SCB handled by another timeout ...and it took a hard reset to recover. 10 minutes after the reboot, and the same message appeared at +- 5 sec intervals. No other log message appeared. It took a powerdown to get the machine to boot up and stay up. Does this help debug?
