Oh, sorry, I misunderstood.  Ingo has created mandoc, but he also
created a new man.cgi ( http://mdocml.bsd.lv/man/man.cgi.8.html )
which is URL-compatible with Wolfram's original script.  Very cool.

Is anyone working on rolling this out on FreeBSD.org?
I'd like to help.
