What for if I may ask you. Capabilities are good for programs, but
often harmful for #user. Don't tell me that it's useful for mail
spool, I won't believe ;) Reading lusers' mail is one of BOFHen spare
time duties.
On NT, there are many more things people don't know of,
or have no means to control. We "lose" in this field badly.
