I ran CVSup last Sunday to get from 3.2 to 3.5, and now can't build any ports, presumably as a result of that day's change to bsd.port.mk that completes the conversion to the new file layout: "Error: your port uses an old layout. Please update it to match this bsd.port.mk." My question is, can I just delete all the /patches and /pkg directories under /usr/ports, or is there a better/safer way to clean up my ports tree?
