Anyone have any ideas? if it's the same one as in the inspiron 3800, you may be in luck soon... the driver for the maestro 1/2 almost works... (almost meaning that depending on what combination of patches i try, i can either get an annoying beep that won't go away or no sound at all) you just have to add the pci id to the driver. check the archives for the past week or so, and you can find a bunch of messages about it. -garrett x----------------------------------------------------------------------x | rooneg@rpi.edu garrett rooney | | http://www.rpi.edu/~rooneg unix geek | |----------------------------------------------------------------------| | unrequited love is neat because it lasts so much longer - w. t. c. | x----------------------------------------------------------------------x To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
