What you're looking for is here (or was anyway): http://www.westbend.net/~hetzels/mod_apache13.tgz The Apache port system appears to be in the middle of changing over to a system like this. Install the base apache port, then install mod ports to your heart's content. The PHP mod ports are already golden, but SSL and FP seem to be lagging behind somewhat.
