See my comments to the commit of joel. I really like the  
zombie-entries idea for the list, but if nobody else likes it too I  
don't try to push it further now.

Obvious answer: Someone needs TODO it (it = review).

So the right thing to do is to reword the item according to the new  
requirements.

Yes, there's enough work to do still. See my response to joel.

Feel free to remove the silly ones with an appropriate comment why. If  
the reasons are not that obvious from a simple comment in the commit  
log, just voice your concerns on an appropriate list or with the right  
people. After a discussion nobody should complain if the concensus is  
to remove an entry.
