Yes. But there *will* be a maintenance cost. The system not only won't
make itself packaged magically, but will have to be checked for
consistency before packaging. I mean, the different maintainers or the
people touching the code will have to be concious of the packaging,
contrarly to current pratice where everything is just thrown in and
moved around.
