Unfortunately I can't clean that machine, as I only have remote access to it and it is shared with others. I don't have a src.conf file. Seeing that it is working for everyone else, I would also tend to believe that it is some kind of contamination with my environment. I sent a complete buildlog, but that file is still awaiting moderation. I would be more than happy to send it directly to anyone who wants to read it. Out of curiosity I did 10.1R fresh install and checked out head/r277720 & stable-10/r277722 to build for arm. Both completed buildworld and (RPI-B) buildkernel without error. Could you try again on a fresh base installation? Maybe your problem is caused by src.conf, src incorrectly reference base, etc. contamination.
