I originally sent out email about this to -current Friday. I've been
trying for several days to get someone, *anyone* to try ``pkg_add -r
foo'' in #BSDcode to make sure this wasn't something local to my
environment; but no one would. So I probably jumped the gun, but I've
been very frustraited at this for over a week (commit logs show this has
been broken since 2000-10-12).
