Hello, I am testing MythTV (0.24_1 from ports) using my test machine which have a PVR-350 card. I am using the pvr250 driver from ports. The card and driver is tested with mplayer (see other messae on this mailing list) and works fine. Details about the system used for testing: root@kg-quiet# uname -a FreeBSD kg-quiet.kg4.no 8.2-STABLE FreeBSD 8.2-STABLE #0: Sun Apr 3 19:49:05 CEST 2011 root@kg-quiet.kg4.no:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64 root@kg-quiet# pv | grep pvr pvr250-20101010_1 = up-to-date with port root@kg-quiet# pv | grep myth mythtv-0.24_1 = up-to-date with port When I start mythtv-setup, and get to cature card setup, I can select the "IVTV MPEG-2 encoder card" from the list (Yay! This was one of the things not working in 0.23). But "Probed info:" reads "Failed to probe", and in the shell (from which I started mythtv-setup I see messages like this: "2011-04-18 17:53:55.949 Could not query inputs. eno: Inappropriate ioctl for device (25)" repeated four times, followed by: "2011-04-18 17:54:17.986 ProbeAudioInputs(/dev/cxm0,HDPVR) 2011-04-18 17:54:17.986 ProbeV4LAudioInputs(/dev/cxm0)" Since I can't set up inputs, chanels and so on mythbackend won't work. -- Torfinn
