Both are published numbers; a google search will spit them right out. Since they are there for deterrent purposes, we *want* people to know we have them. If we were building them to use, then, like Iraq, we'd be pretending we didn't have them. Iraq would have a lot more gas, too, if it hadn't used it up gassing its own Kurdish minority citizens.
