In fact it should be as simple as removing a whole bunch of makefile gunk
which is designed to keep RSA *out* of the system at present. Most people
will already have the source file on their system anyway (unless they
cvsup from cvsup3, which doesn't carry it) - this was one of the changes
that went with the crypto repo unification.
It should take no more than 1/2 hour + build testing time :-)
