I have a mostly ready patch to make -mieee the default.  But I just
wanted to double check that we really want this, and not just adding
-mieee to CFLAGS for /usr/src.

Also do we want -mieee-with-inexact instead of -mieee?  I'm not enough of
an FP guy to totally grasp the differences.  (see
