I am running freebsd 4.1 with Apache 1.3.12 on a cable modem. I have noticed that my upload speeds are staggeringly slow (1 - 4 = kB/sec) while my friend has rather fast uploads (40 - 50 kB/sec). I can = see no differences in any .conf file, so I was wondering if anyone knew = where a setting might be. Could this be a completely misconfigured = network, continual nasty traffic around my house, etc?
