Hi. I from Russia. I have some problems.

1) In /usr/share/doc/psd/ why thet only half of documentation. That is in
contents.ascii.gz 27 documents are described and in the directory lies only 14.
Where all remaining?
2) Then better is to view these files?
3) Advise small local HTTP deamon with support CGI.
