I fail to see why src committers need not take responsibility for breaking ports and help fixing them, especially if they're told beforehand during review that their changes will break ports. Mtm seems to have pretty specific ideas about how to fix them, too, so it shouldn't take him much time at all to send-pr some diffs so the respective port-maintainers can review and approve them. Ideally, those PRs should have been sent, reviewed and committed to ports _before_ committing to src, but it's obviously too late for that now. -- ,_, | Michael Nottebrock | lofi@freebsd.org (/^ ^\) | FreeBSD - The Power to Serve | http://www.freebsd.org \u/ | K Desktop Environment on FreeBSD | http://freebsd.kde.org [-- Attachment #2 --] -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQBBA9azXhc68WspdLARAgNrAJwK/kt7CeUKMlpyQKfpRYHrSqQY6wCfUVEb qLeTiPX1xAJ/B4vO8d5qulA= =E/mA -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----help
