If your going to blame the market share on the lack of a pretty installer then your setting up a circular logic argument, which by definition is invalid. While there's no question that the lack of a pretty installer drives some people away, neither is there proof that it is a major factor. There are reasons, like the AT&T thing, that aren't circular.
