Yes. Best thing since Bill got a pie-tart in his face ;-)

Depends on wether you like Win98 or not.
It acts as a kind of ActiveDesktop in a way that you can use your
file-manager as HTML-browser, too.
But you've probably already heared that.

Reasonably. I didn't have too many problems, but it is said that it may
depend on the X-source being available on the machine.

It's in the ports-current directory, BTW.....

Always.
Afterstep is quite nice, too.
twm is good for gfx-cards with little RAM, as it uses-up only very
little colours.
