Hi, my name ist Sebastian Misch and i'm writing from germany. I just wrote a howto for configuring a german T-DSL Flatrate beeing routed by a FreeBSD 5.0 machine with NAT and DNS. I know there is another article written by Udo Erdelhoff, but mine is shorter and more specific on setting up a router and DNS for subnets. Perhaps you're interested.
