Actually NFBTRANS distfile can be fetched from
<http://old.nfb.org/braille/nfbtrans/nfbtr774.zip>;
and its WWW page is <http://old.nfb.org/nfbtrans.htm>.

Textproc is not really appropriate, accessibility would be a better
category (this is a Braille translation system for text files).

If you think that this software could still be useful, let me
know.
