Dear All, I'm lost with this problem cause I can't get an satisfying answer anywhere. I try to install on a created partition of an 42p Thinkpad Freebsd. If I use the 5.x branch I get Warning: a geometry of 116280/16/63 for ad0 is incorrect. However, this is not present if I use the 4.x branch. I came up with a sort of this issue some time ago, but would like to answer again those on this list with a Thinkpad and a dual boot installation - leaving XP on the machine and installing FBSD afterwards - how they have handled this issue and which hurdles they came across. Thanks for your help Thomas
