Subject: Can 2.2.5 install go from tar floppies rather than dos ones?

I would be curious to know if floppy installs can be made to work from
standard FreeBSD floppy tarball sets rather than having to port them
to a dos floppy? I would think, in principle, that it should be possible
functionally, but dunno whether that is possible in the /stand/sysinstall.
A tar to tape is basically the same as a tar to floppies.

Any pointers appreciated.

Thanks
