People might wonder why the .cvsignore files were added, but the BIND
distribution includes some pregenerated files which these cvsignore
files exclude.

I kind of left them in as a safety barrier for subsequent MFC's to make
sure the STABLE tree doesn't get polluted with them and interfere with
the build.

Of course, if people have problems with them, I can always remove them,
but they at least help me doing work.
