Dear Sirs, I'm thinking I found a small mistake in the documentation=20 "https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/handbook/firewalls-ipfw.html",=20 "30.4.1. Enabling IPFW" : "sysrc -f /etc/sysctl.conf net.inet.ip.fw.verbose_limit=3D5" doesn't work= =20 on FREEBSD 12 : root@srv01:~ # sysrc -f /etc/sysctl.conf net.inet.ip.fw.verbose_limit=3D 5 sysrc: net.inet.ip.fw.verbose_limit: name contains characters not=20 allowed in shell The character "." doesn't appear to be a legal char according to the the=20 content of VALID_VARNAME_CHARS variable.
