The gem is bundled with ruby and we don't pull it out like we do gem itself. We used to pull it out, but it changes so little now that it's not worth it. So gem doesn't show it as installed, but it is available. The devel/rubygem-rdoc port is out of date, it's 4.3.0 and the latest at the moment is 5.1.0. I've actually thought we should probably just delete the rubygem-rdoc port.
