Frankly Jonathan, I am glad he is gone. I mistook him for
someone official with his fake address. I realized with
your email that I wasn't banded from the list as he said. I
assumed he told the truth... so I just didn't post! Now I
realize I just didn't post because of his email! Okay, I'm
not to bright!

This is the guy that almost flushed six months of working
with a Congressman to get FreeBSD a permanent place in the
Philippines. All with his bad email (see how powerful email
can be!). Happy to report that the Congressman's still
sending people to check on the WinNT to FreeBSD conversion
project. AND I am still at it!

You know, I want to say one more thing... I started this
conversion six months ago with a book and a set of 3.1
disks. So far we've converted everything in this little ISP
from WinNT to FreeBSD except the proxy and the email, and
Squid will be up at least by the end of the week. But the
real credit goes to about four dozen people, just like most
of the people on this list (in fact I could name people on
this list!) who took the time to answer questions.

Today, FreeBSD had almost 16% of the ISP's in our province
(that's one) and everyone - including the other five ISP's
agree the FreeBSD is better. Two Internet cafes have two
computer here to learn how to replace their NT servers! I
just want to say thanks to all those great guys and gals who
have helped... It is GREAT to be here!

To those people who especially help with the last problem
(cgiemail and apache and sendmail) Your Help was
wonderful. I would have said so sooner, but I (foolishly)
believed I wasn't allowed to post. Forgive me, I am still
new too. Thank You very much!

Blessings to all...

aLan
