If you aren't proud find some electronics surlplus place and look
for sales/auctions at schools/miltary.

The place I do some work for just bought 5 racks - 3 at 19x30 and 2
at 19x24.   Paid $260 for the lot.  Naval surplus.  A bit scruffy
but they'll clean up nicely.

Locally we also have a suprlus places that always have racks
stacked around.

I work for/with the king of the scroungers - but he scrounges quite
well.
