I believe the previous change fixed the original issue you reported as I was finally able to reproduce a similar hang with sched_bind when igb0 was pinning its interrupts. It was quite a bit of a PITA to track down. :( If you get a chance, can you please verify that 4BSD + EARLY_AP_STARTUP now works for you? -- John Baldwin
