That's not a log, it's CVSup's checkouts file.  It's not really
meant for human consumption.

See "doc/Checkouts" in the CVSup source distribution if you really
want to understand it.  But it's entirely subject to change in the
future.  I will probably move toward a DBM database for better
performance.

By the way, the lower-case 'c' lines are for files that are dead,
i.e., files that should not be present in your checked-out version.
