Gave away my laser printed handbook around February,
Have been trying to fetch a new more current copy since then.
Various kinds of formatting badness that seems to corrected as
of the weekend.
I have finally fetched a current copy that I can print
I could see that someone has been working hard for the last
couple of weeks.
Thanks to the person who fixed and posted the new files
