This may be related to a problem I've had with -CURRENT on a box with
a TX2200 for a while.  See
<http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-current/2007-July/074383.html>.

It failed with a couple-weeks-ago -CURRENT, and also with a -CURRENT
back in early March, but runs 6.2 like nobody's business (or I
wouldn't be typing this mail on it ;)
