"old" here does not contradict the "modern" in description, it's just class
being 0 (as mentioned above).

Also the devices in pciconf output are different between the report and com=
ment
#1 (balloon, rng, 9p vs net, gpu, block).

The spec says 0 is "unclassified device", not "old"; may be it's the reason=
 it
was used for these devices not really having better class candidate?

(Is it the same in e.g. linux and lspci?)
