Patch that fixes the Linux NFSv4 server for this problem

This patch, created by Chuck Lever III, fixes the Linux
knfsd server for this problem. It needs to be applied to
Linux kernel sources and then the Linux NFSv4 server must
be running a kernel built from these sources.

The patch is working its way through the Linux release
process.

I will leave this PR open until the patch hits production
release kernels.
